This isn’t just another lean bulking program
Yeah, I know, that’s probably what most people say about their program, but give me a moment to explain.
I wanted my program to be different from all the other programs out there, so instead of just relying on my own experience and knowledge I took the courtesy of asking around to find out what others found to be missing or flawed in other lean bulking programs…

It’s not intelligence. There are tons of smart people that don’t grow muscle as fast as they could…and tons of people with ordinary intelligence, who build incredible physiques!
It’s definitely not genetics. The top guys routinely say that it’s not their genetics that got them in the best shape of their life. In fact, it’s easy to spot genetic “flaws” in their physiques.
It’s not steroids. Although steroids can help you put on lots of muscle mass fast, a natural guy can look just as good, if not better, than a guy on steroids, depending on who does the right program and puts in the work.
It’s not age. A lot of middle aged men are able to build just as good physiques as guys in their twenties. And most of the time they can actually build better physiques because they already have more muscle maturity and look harder and more defined when they lean out.
So what is the big secret?

- “You should squat, bench and deadlift more.”

Hey — at least you’re looking for answers. But the heartbreaking truth is that that people genuinely believe that if they find the “right” idol, right exercise, that perfect rep range, etc., then all their problems will disappear and they’ll be able to nail that goal they’ve been trying to reach for years.
But it’s not just the individual components that are important, it’s way more complicated than that, it’s how everything’s combined and constructed, like a true art piece.
I too fell into the trap of program hopping, searching for that “right” everything according to scientific research.
Why do people do this?
They’re afraid of self-experimentation. Self-experimentation takes courage, but it also takes time and patience and consistency.
When you self-experiment and take a matter into your own hands you constantly ask yourself questions like these:
- What if this isn’t optimal?
- Why is no one else doing this?
- What if it’s wrong for me?
- What if I waste all this time and I could have done something better?

What this program is all about
This is an intense 7 month program (meso cycle), consisting of 4 macro cycles and 28 micro cycles.
It’s carefully designed so that you can always continue to grow and improve and never stall.
Each cycle specializes in certain muscle groups to accelerate their growth.
The program consists of 2 identical training programs, one for training 4 days a week and the other for training 6 days a week. This is to satisfy both the guys who either want to train less or more frequent. Also, if you like to train 6 days a week and something comes up and you have to skip a training day, you can just do the 4 day a week program until you’re able to continue the 6 day a week program.
