Why do I feel tired and sluggish after a meal?

This is usually due to a combination of food intolerances, an inflammatory response from the meal, and insulin resistance.

To fix this you have to identify which foods you are sensitive to and what specific foods are creating inflammation. Once you have removed those problematic foods, your symptoms will improve dramatically.

Why can’t I lose weight even on a big deficit?

When a deficit is maintained for too long, the body slows down the metabolism to preserve fat and muscle for survival purposes. Your gut bacteria then also harvest more energy from the food that you eat, so you’re storing more fat in the process.

The solution is to eat the right foods at the right time and in the right combinations to speed up the metabolism again in order for fat loss to continue, without having your body sense “starvation”.

How do I maintain a summer body?

Say goodbye to calorie counting and long hour cardio sessions. The biggest problem with diets is that it’s very difficult to lose weight without counting calories. Take for example the ketogenic diet. It’s touted to be superior for fat loss because it’s superior for satiety. Thus you eat less and lose more fat.

However, over time, people gradually eat more and more carbs and end up between 120-150g of carbs daily despite over 1 year of coaching on how to eat properly for keto.

The solution isn’t to cut out carbs. Your body NEEDS carbs. The best way to lose fat is to improve satiety and insulin sensitivity. If you’re starving and craving food there is a very big chance that you won’t be able to adhere to the diet plan.

With the right food combinations and timing, satiety can be maximized and fat loss accelerated. With this method, you don’t have to count calories and will still lose weight, just by making smarter choices.

Why is my health not improving even on a strict healthy diet?

It’s not only man-made foods that are unhealthy, but there are actually a broad variety of different natural, healthy foods that can negatively affect your health, especially if your health is in a subpar state due to years of unhealthy eating, chronic stress, overtraining, etc.

With this course, you will learn which foods might be a problem, how to identify them, and what to do about it in order to resolve the issue/s.

How do I resolve food intolerances?

Food intolerances are most often caused by poor digestion, leaky gut, and pathological gut bacteria. Removing the offensive food for a period of time while restoring gut integrity and rebalancing the gut bacteria will help to abolish food intolerances.

How do I become metabolically flexible with a sustainable long-term solution

The keto crowd likes to claim that ketosis is the way to go to become metabolically flexibly, however, when they are fat-adapted, they are actually insulin resistant (or in a glucose sparing state). When they eat carbs again, their body cannot utilize those carbs and need about 3 days to adapt in order to burn carbs again.

That, in my opinion, is not being metabolically flexible. Being metabolically flexible is being able to burn both fat and glucose at any time as a source of fuel, which yes, is possible.

That’s why, with the approach outlined in the course, you’ll learn how to eat the right macros and use the right supplements to help your body become insulin sensitive and metabolically flexible without having to do an extreme, unsustainable protocol such as ketosis, which doesn’t fix the root cause.
